My name is Kellie Puls, and I am so glad that you are here!
Do you feel the pressure to "do it all?” From teens struggling to keep up with the demands of academic rigor and college admissions to adults overwhelmed with the demands of work and home, I work with chronic high-achievers and people pleasers, who find themselves anxious, stressed, burned out, and disconnected from their sense of purpose. I understand how crippling it can feel to be stuck in this place. One step at a time, we will work to help you find healing, set boundaries, rediscover your sense of self, and thrive in your daily life.
I graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Master’s in Educational and Clinical Counseling, and for the last seven years, I have worked with adolescents and their families as a school counselor. This experience has deepened my passion for helping others thrive in all seasons of life.
Therapeutic Approach
As an associate professional clinical counselor, I use a personalized and holistic approach to help clients achieve emotional, relational, spiritual, and physical health. I draw from evidence-based modalities, such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but more than anything, my mission is to create a warm, safe space where you are met with empathy and understanding.
Some seasons of life leave us feeling stuck, but I believe healing is possible, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
